Sponsorship Benefit Levels

Course Sponsor - $1,100 (Only 1 - Thank you, Triangle Bar & Grill!)
  • Sponsor logo displayed on 3 quarter-mile markers along race course. 
  • Prominently placed sign with your organization’s logo at the Start/Finish line, plus the option to place up to two wind sail flags (provided by sponsor) along the Start/Finish line.
  • *One advertisement (approximately business card size) in the direct-mailed Swissvale Newsletter. 
  • **Sponsor logo printed as largest logo on top/middle of event t-shirts.
  • ***Table & tent space on event day.
  • Six (6) free event registrations (A registration code will be provided upon request.) 
  • Sponsor logo posted to event website.
  • Direct link to sponsor's Facebook, Twitter, or website from event website.
  • Public “thank you” on Facebook and/or Twitter.
  • Sponsor name listed on the "Thank you" page of the Swissvalian Newsletter.
  • Printed materials or samples included in participant event packets.

Platinum Level - $550
  • Prominently placed sign with your organization’s logo at the Start/Finish line, plus the option to place up to two wind sail flags (provided by sponsor) along the Start/Finish line.

  • Two (2) free event registrations. (A registration code will be provided upon request.)

  • Sponsor name listed on the "Thank you" page of the Swissvalian Newsletter.

Bronze Level - $100
  • One (1) free event registrations. (A registration code will be provided upon request.) 
  • Sponsor name listed on the "Thank you" page of the Swissvalian Newsletter.
  • Printed materials or samples included in participant event packets.

*Advertisements for the newsletter are due by August 1, 2024. ​Ad size is 2.3 x 1 inch. 
** Sponsor logos are due by July 1, 2024 for inclusion on the printed t-shirts and signage. 
​***Sponsor is responsible for providing their own table, chairs, canopy, etc for their table space on event day.

​Please submit a high-quality JPEG logo by July 1, 2023 for inclusion on the event t-shirt (Course, Gold and Platinum Sponsors only) and inclusion on the website and Facebook pages.​ Logos will also be included on the promotional materials as described above based on engagement level.
  • Printed promotional materials for participant bags due to us by July 20, 2024.  These items can be mailed or dropped off (with prior notice) at Restoration Community Church Swissvale: 7327 McClure Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15218.​​
  • Newsletter ads (Course and Platinum Sponsors only) are due by August 1, 2024. Ad size is 2.3 x 1 inch, approximately the dimensions of a traditional business card.​
